Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

* Returns/Exchanges will only be acceptable if item(s) received show production flaw, are damaged, or are defective. 

* Our product description fully explains in details the fit and size guide; therefore, please make sure to read and review the description as we do not accept returns based on these issues. 

* We do not keep stock and each item is made per order, we are unable to accept a return or exchange for any other reason than production flaws. 

* Returns that are damaged or defective will only be accepted within two (2) weeks from receipt of goods.   

* All returned items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached.

* Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied or subject to a restocking fee. 


ORDER ALTERATION OR CANCELATION 

If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at: orders@nightwishfashion.com.

Once we have received your order (after you click "place order"), we move it into processing. This takes about 2-4 hours to do so.

Once your order has moved into processing we cannot alter or cancel your order.

To avoid this issue, please be sure to look over your order at checkout, and make any final changes then.


RETURN PROCESSING

* All merchandise must be approved by AMMA and include a RA number, which will provided once your return is approved. 

* Once we receive your return, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with the tag still attached, we will process your refund the same day.

* Please note that it usually takes 3-5 business days for your bank to process and post this transaction to your account once we have issued the refund.

 * Your return notification will be sent to the e-mail you provided at checkout.
 


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

* Returns/Exchanges will only be acceptable if item(s) received show production flaw, are damaged, or defective. 

* Returns due to fit, size, and any other reason other then production flaw will not be accepted. 

* All items purchased at sale price are final.

* Any item that has been washed or worn and no longer has a tag. 

* Any item that has been damaged post shipping.
