I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN CHECKING OUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

An error message will appear if there is a problem with the information you've entered, whether it be your credit card, billing or shipping address. Please double check all that you've entered, and make sure your billing information matched the billing information attached to the credit card you are using. Fix any typos, and if you're still having issues, contact us at orders@nightwishfashion.com.


MY ORDER WON’T GO THROUGH. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you've reviewed your checkout information as stated above, please also verify that your web browser is up-to-date, if not, update it, and try again.

NOTE: Only click "Place Order" once to avoid multiple charges.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

Uh oh! Please verify your order before you click the "place order" button to make sure you don't receive items that you don't LOVE. If you realize after-purchase that you've made a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order has already been processed, you cannot make any changes; if we catch the error in time, you just may be in luck and we will do our best to fix any issues.


I JUST PLACED MY ORDER.  CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

Contact us immediately. If we catch your order before it is out the door, we we can waive the shipping fee for that extra item! If the order has already shipped you will have to place a separate order.


I’M UNSURE ABOUT A SIZE OR I HAVE A FIT QUESTION.  HOW DO I FIND THIS INFORMATION?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

Sale items are final sale, this means that they cannot be returned. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page if you need further information.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund which should take 5-7 business days to process. 

However, please understand that your banking institution may require additional days to process, which we cannot control. If it is taking longer than you feel it should, email us at info@nightwishfashion.com, as well as your bank.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders will ship within two business days. However, this depends on the size of the order. We ask for  you to give us 3-7 business days, just to be safe. 


WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as you click that "Place Order" button, you should be emailed an order confirmation. If you did not receive the order confirmation email, check your spam, and if it is in your spam, please add us to your safe sender list. If you truly didn't receive the order confirmation, please email us immediately at orders@nightwishfashion.com


SO, WHERE'S MY ORDER?

To check your order status, go to the homepage, and at the bottom of the page it says "order status" click it, and type in your order number. Or just click here. 

PROCESSING means that we've received it, and we're getting it together for you to ship as quickly as we can.

SHIPPED means just that; you should receive your product soon.

CANCELED means your money is on its way back to your bank, and your order is no longer being processed to ship.


WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was canceled, and you didn't cancel it, contact us immediately at orders@nightwishfashion.com


I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, IS THERE ANY WAY FOR ME TO PURCHASE?

If you live outside of the U.S., please email us your order to orders@nightwishfashion.com


CAN YOU GUYS AT NIGHTWISH FASHION AUTHORIZE RESELLING OF AMMA DESIGN?

No. So sorry, but you will have to contact Amma Design to be considered as a reseller. Purchasing items from www.nightwishfashion.com does not authorize you to resell Amma Design. Furthermore, if it is discovered that you are reselling the products as new that you have purchased here at www.nightwishfashion.com, Amma Design can then take legal action to ensure that you remove those items from resale.
